Chirine Watfa is a clinical dietitian with a total of 10 years’ experience in Dubai and Lebanon. After gaining a Master’s degree in General Chemistry, she continued her studies in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and graduated in 2007 from Holy Spirit University-Kaslik, Lebanon. Chirine completed extensive training at university hospitals in Lebanon - Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Notre Dame des Secours, where she developed her skills and knowledge in medical nutrition therapy for oncology, dialysis, dyslipidaemia, inborn errors of metabolism, enteral nutrition and progressive post-surgical diets. 

Her clinical experience started in Lebanon with her private clinic in 2008, before she moved to Dubai in 2011 and used dietary and behavioural approaches to treat patients with obesity, metabolic and digestive diseases, in order to improve eating habits and balance restrictive dieting.
